Every tasker passes an ID + criminal background check before they can take jobs.
Labor only — we send background-checked taskers to load, carry, or unload. You rent the U-Haul (or use your own vehicle); we bring the strong backs. Pick a time, text your tasker to confirm, and pay them direct when the job's done.

Correct — we're labor only. You bring the truck (U-Haul, PODs, your own pickup, whatever) and we bring two strong humans to load, carry, and unload it. If you haven't rented yet, we can recommend a size.
Yes — every tasker passes a government-ID check and a criminal background check (Checkr) before their first job. You'll see their name, photo, rating, and verification date before you book.
Yes. No booking fee, no service fee, no fuel surcharge. We make our money from a flat monthly fee we charge taskers — not from you.
From the moment your tasker arrives. After the first 2 hours, time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Loading and unloading rental trucks / PODs, moving heavy furniture across the room or up stairs, rearranging, and single-stop local moves. If you're not sure if it fits, just ask in the text.
We don't drive your rental truck (insurance reasons). No hazardous materials, and nothing over ~400 lbs without a heads-up so we can bring the right gear.
The NC Triangle and nearby: Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Knightdale, Garner, Holly Springs, Hillsborough, and Butner. If you're just outside, text us — we can sometimes stretch for a small travel fee.
No fee if you let your tasker know the day before. Same-day cancels are $40 (one hour) paid directly to the tasker for holding the slot.
Directly to your tasker, after the job's done. Cash or Zelle — whichever's easier. Nothing runs through us, so there's no card fee and no platform cut.
